He serves as the Technical Director of SEADS Technology and as an adjunct professor in Columbus, Ohio, where he bridges academic theory with real-world applications. His work focuses on digital transformation, data governance, and building scalable solutions for government and enterprise clients across multiple continents. Claude is also a Fulbright Specialist, actively supporting public sector modernization initiatives and advancing practical, industry-aligned education through the SEADS Institute of Technology.
