Junior UX/UI Developer (LumApps Specialist)

Technical Skills

  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and responsive design
  • Experience working with CMS or web builder platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or preferably LumApps)
  • Ability to customize templates, apply style guides, and ensure consistency across pages
  • Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices

Professional Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI or front-end development (internships or freelance welcome)
  • Experience working with corporate clients or in digital workplace environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Experience working with international organizations (e.g., UN, NGOs) is a strong asset
  • Able to follow design specifications and work within existing brand guidelines

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills and comfort working with designers and developers
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback
  • Fluent in English (required); French is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with LumApps implementation or customization
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace integration and APIs
  • Exposure to low-code or no-code environments
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)
  • Interest in digital workplace, enterprise UX, or internal communication tools
