Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and responsive design
- Experience working with CMS or web builder platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or preferably LumApps)
- Ability to customize templates, apply style guides, and ensure consistency across pages
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
Professional Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI or front-end development (internships or freelance welcome)
- Experience working with corporate clients or in digital workplace environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Experience working with international organizations (e.g., UN, NGOs) is a strong asset
- Able to follow design specifications and work within existing brand guidelines
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Good communication skills and comfort working with designers and developers
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Ability to receive and apply feedback
- Fluent in English (required); French is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with LumApps implementation or customization
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace integration and APIs
- Exposure to low-code or no-code environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)
- Interest in digital workplace, enterprise UX, or internal communication tools
